Respect for Intellectual Property

FrameAI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

What Constitutes Copyright Infringement on FrameAI

Copyright infringement may occur when a user:

  • Uploads copyrighted images, videos, or other media as reference material without authorisation from the rights holder.
  • Uses AI-generated output that substantially reproduces a copyrighted work (e.g., generating content that closely replicates a specific copyrighted photograph, illustration, or video).
  • Distributes or publishes AI-generated content that infringes on a third party's copyright.

How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that content generated or hosted on FrameAI infringes your copyright, you can submit a complaint through any of the following channels:

Send your complaint to support@frameai.ai with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Report".

WhatsApp

Contact us directly via WhatsApp for urgent takedown requests. Our WhatsApp contact information is available on the website footer.

Required Information

To process your complaint efficiently, please include the following in your notice:

  1. Your identity — your full legal name (or the name of the entity you represent) and contact information (email, phone number, or postal address).
  2. The copyrighted work — a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including a link to or copy of the original work if available.
  3. The infringing content — a description or screenshot of the content on FrameAI that you believe infringes your copyright, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Good-faith statement — a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your signature — a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.

What Happens After You File a Complaint

  1. Acknowledgement — we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
  2. Review — our team will review the complaint and attempt to locate and verify the allegedly infringing content.
  3. Action — if we determine that infringement has occurred, we will remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who created it.
  4. Counter-notice — the affected user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was made in error. We will forward the counter-notice to you and restore the content after 10 business days unless you file a court action.

Repeat Infringers

FrameAI maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. We track complaints at the account level and escalate enforcement for users with multiple valid infringement notices.

Counter-Notification

If you are a FrameAI user and believe that content you created was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@frameai.ai containing:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the content that was removed and its former location on the service.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Limitations

FrameAI is a generation platform — we provide tools for creating content, not a hosting or distribution network. We can remove content from our platform (My Creations, shared links) but cannot remove content that a user has already downloaded and distributed elsewhere. In such cases, you should contact the platform where the content is published.
