AI Training Policy — We Never Use Your Content to Train Models
FrameAI does not use your prompts, uploaded images, reference videos, or generated content to train or fine-tune any AI model. Your creative work stays yours.

Your Content Is Never Used for AI Training
FrameAI exists to generate video and images for you — not to collect training data from you. We want to be unambiguous about this:
We do not use your prompts, uploaded images, reference videos, generated outputs, or any other user-submitted content to train, fine-tune, distill, or otherwise improve any AI model — including the models that power FrameAI.
This applies to:
- Text prompts you write in the generator.
- Reference images and videos you upload.
- Generated videos and images returned by the model.
- Metadata such as resolution choices, aspect ratios, and duration settings.
- Any content stored in your My Creations library.
How the AI Models Are Trained
The models available on FrameAI — including Seedance 2.0 and GPT Image 2 — are developed and trained by their respective providers (ByteDance and OpenAI). FrameAI is a platform that provides access to these models via API; we do not participate in their training process and do not share user data with model providers for training purposes.
When you submit a generation request, your prompt and references are sent to the model provider's inference endpoint to produce the output. This is a stateless API call — the provider processes your request and returns the result. Your inputs are not retained by the provider for training under FrameAI's commercial API agreements.
No Opt-In, No Opt-Out — It Simply Doesn't Happen
Some platforms train on user content by default and offer an opt-out buried in settings. We take a different approach: there is no training pipeline to opt out of, because none exists. Your content flows from you to the generator and back to you. That's the entire data path.
Data Retention for Service Operation
We do retain your prompts and generated files in your account for your own use — so you can revisit past creations, re-download files, and refine previous ideas. This retention is purely for your benefit and is covered in our Data & Media Storage Policy and Privacy Policy.
